Mounting options
We offer a range of mounting(hanging) options.

None - Planner will be supplied with no holes to hang, ribbon, magnets or
command strips.

Ribbon - Holes will be added and a white ribbon attached to allow you to hang
your planner.

Magnets can be added if you would like to be able to attach to a fridge.

Command Strips - These are hassle-free strips to hang your planner without
causing damage to the surfaces. They are suitable for most smooth surfaces
including painted walls, tiles, metal and wood. These strips can also be
removed cleanly without leaving holes, marks or sticky residue.

Please write your personalisation exactly how you would like it to be. Check
all spellings, capital letters and grammar is how you would like it.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
- Enter the following information in the personalisation box: Custom text (if
applicable)
- Add to basket and complete the checkout process.

PERSONALISATION
- Personalised text will be copied directly onto the design. Please make sure
it is correct before purchase.
- Text size / layout may vary slightly depending on the number of characters
used.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Full returns, cancellation and shipping policies can be seen in the policies
section, please read before purchasing.
- Please note that due to variations in displays/resolutions the colours may
vary slightly on your screen to the finished product.

SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY
All UK postage is combined, as long as all items are going to the same
address. You will pay a single shipping charge, not for each item.
- Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second-Class delivery, if you
require your order sooner please upgrade the postage.
- Please double check the delivery address before purchasing; replacement
items / refunds will not be given for incorrect delivery addresses.
- Anything returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address will result in
new delivery charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will
be no delivery refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Unfortunately International postage is calculated per item due to weight
allowances.

RETURNS
I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable, but this does not
include personalised, custom-made products. Please contact me within 14 days if
there are any issues with your item.
