the list of available fonts shown. If no font is specified, we'll engrave using
the Arial font.

WHEN WILL MY PERSONALIZED ITEM SHIP:
All of our personalized gifts are customized in our warehouse in Nanuet NY. We
normally ship the next business day after your order is placed. Once shipped,
your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days if you are located in the
continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an addition 3 to
