This approx 8"x8" shadow box comes with 5" x .5" inch slot on top for easy
loading and also features removable back panel to access your stubs. Travel
card stock included inside frame. Select your preference at check out. Please
note specific image/location on card stock may vary and some cardstock
selections have texture to them.

imperfections are possible and beyond our control. Delays may occur based on

PROCESSING TIME / SHIPPING:
All of our products are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for them to be
made prior to shipping. We must allow time for sanding, staining, drying &
assembly. The cost of shipping will depend on the origin, destination, weight,
and dimensions of the package. Your product will be mailed via USPS (or FedEx)
& we are not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during the time it
is in their possession. If there is an issue with your order please contact us
immediately.
INTERNATIONAL:
We ship worldwide! For larger items, such as floating ledge shelves, there is
a maximum shelf size of 58 inches (Australia 38") that we can ship to you. When
purchasing items internationally, please provide us with a phone number in the
notes section during checkout. This is important if there are any issues with
customs.
MULTIPLE ITEMS:
If multiple items are ordered, specifically floating ledge shelves, they will
be shipped in their own boxes, separately. They cannot be shipped in the same
box. Smaller items will be shipped together if possible. Multiple packages
shipped the same day may get separated during transit. Please refer to each
item's tracking number for specifics on package whereabouts.
RUSH ORDERS:
We may be able to be accommodate rush orders depending upon your desired
arrival date, the item specifics and our availability to get materials. This
would be completing an order sooner than our standard 2-3 week production time.
Rushing an order would not change the shipping method you choose at check out
and we are not responsible for delays that may occur during shipment. Please
send us a direct message to inquire before purchasing.
WOOD PRODUCTS:
Please keep in mind that no two pieces are ever the same. Each piece of wood
is hand selected especially for you! It will have unique grain patterns, knots,
markings & take stain differently. Knots are very common, cannot be avoided
when using wood and are a natural part of the wood. Nail holes are extremely
small and are not filled. We use small trim nails and admire this look. Nail
holes may be more apparent in painted items. It is important to remember that
you are buying an item that is completely HANDMADE and not produced by a
machine. Each piece is unique & beautiful in its own special way. See listing
photos for examples.
PAINT, STAIN & VINYL:
Keep in mind that coloring may differ from computer to computer & even from
printer to printer. We cannot be held accountable for variations in color hue.
Please also note that our paint and vinyl products are purchased from different
manufacturers. The "same" color may not be an exact color match. However, we do
our best to assure finished products are looking their best prior to shipment!
CUSTOMIZATION:
We have many personalization options available. Each listing will contain
images of available options for color, font, shape, etc. when available. On
custom orders, such as destination arrows, we will provide you a draft image
(without color) of what your lettering would look like in selected font(s).
Please include your text EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on your product
either during check out or in a direct message. Due to the detail and time it
takes for customizing, we only provide drafts AFTER you have purchased your
item. To view a draft, you may need to click on the image to see the full view.
We ask that you please review all information and spelling for accuracy. Any
edits or changes must be reported back as soon as possible. We usually plan to
continue production within 24-48 hours and changes may not be possible after
that time. Quick correspondence during the design process will aid in getting
your product(s) created & shipped in a timely manner.
