The Cigar pen is named according to the size of its profile. It has a large
body with profound attributes. This pen is typically made with exotic hardwoods
such as bloodwood, or ebony, so it has a big personality to match. I personally
turn all of my pens and hand-select the pieces of exotic/domestic luxury
hardwoods that are used when creating these.

The body of the pen is shaped with ergonomics in mind. While this pen is not
supposed to be “low-profile”, or “dainty”, I don’t want people to feel like
they’re approving company mergers with a baseball bat. It has a lot to grab on
to, but still feels very comfortable in your hand.

You will, however, make a powerful statement when you retrieve this pen. If
you are in the middle of negotiating a 130 million dollar deal, pulling out
this weapon of a writing instrument ends that conversation. You have let them
know you are done talking; you are ready to make your mark. A powerful
statement is made, and no words have been spoken.

-It is very smooth to hold and does not feel like similar pens that have a
plastic finish added. I use an all natural hard wax oil that penetrates deep
into the wood fibers to keep it protected.
