There is no better gift than one which individualizes and embodies you, your
family, friends, or co-workers' unique sense of style, professionalism, and
attributes. Sports fan? Just got promoted? Want to share your pride for your
organization, career, or uniqueness? Or simply want to add that personal touch
to your office?

Each board is 10 1/2" long and 3 1/4" wide which will provide more than enough
space for you to truly customized your piece. All nameplates are etched,
wood-burnt, and painted by hand and wrapped up with a sealant that brings out
the natural wood color. We also add a brilliant velvet base to ensure it
doesn't scratch any surface you put it on.

Beautifully finished, you have a wide selection of fonts with up to 5 lines
per board depending on the amount of text. Standard boards come with three
lines which include name (rank can also be included), your position or title,
and lastly with the name of your company or organization. Additional lines can
be included, but contact me by Etsy message before ordering to make sure all
will fit perfectly. Nicknames, specific texts, quotes, etc can also be added
with even more customization options including Latin, Hieroglyphics, Fantasy &
Fandom languages, etc. though choosing from one of the standard font options
makes for faster production. Please no profanity though witty humor is very
much welcome!

Images for each board come in a few options with unique ones provided by you.
Images of activities, organization (i.e. military command patches, company
symbol), favorite characters, teams, etc are popular choices. You can choose
from a single image and up to three. Images on each board can be left wood-burn
only or you may choose to have it colored. Please send me an message with your
choice of logo(s) which need to be a high-quality image. Your design and images
will not be reproduced for other orders unless approved by you. If you would
like to see examples of previously used designs, please feel free to ask.

Once your requested design is received, I will draft the layout and send it to
you for approval. If I receive no response back within three (3) business days,
I will proceed with the design and ship your finished product upon completion.
Processing time will be determined by the design and quantity - an email will
be sent to you with estimated time of completion. If you have a specific
time-frame you need it completed by, please let me know and I will be more than
happy to work with you. All customers will receive an email notification that
their board has shipped along with a tracking number. All boards are shipped
via USPS standard; however rush orders are negotiated on customer by customer
basis. Please note that I take great care in preparing each board so it is
packed safely for shipping.

If you have a special request with a font that is not listed or have another
preference on font, please message me with an example and I will see what I can
do to make it work for you. I do have a collection of images I've used in the
past, but, again, if you have a custom one you'd like to use, please send me a
high-quality image and I will review it. Please note, some images may have to
be negotiated due to image complexity and restricted space on the board. Image
details can get muddied when they are shrunk down to fit onto the board. We can
work together to make sure you have the best image possible that fits your
board and design.

My goal overall is ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the best
handmade product possible. Because this product is custom-made, we do not offer
refunds or exchanges. However, in the event your board arrives damaged while in
transit, you made a mistake in spelling, etc. or if I've made a mistake, please
contact me within five (5) business days after receiving your board. I will
work with you to fix the situation and ensure satisfaction.
