1950's Nickel Plated Brass Post Office Door Bank. The door was manufactured by
the Corbin Lock Company and features two dials. The combination is fully
functional. The box is constructed of repurposed Barn Wood that was salvaged
from an early 1900's farmhouse in western PA. You can still see some of the
original circular saw marks in the wood. The box is cut with "waterfall" grain,
where the grain pattern wraps around the outside of the box. The box is
finished with several coats of traditional Shellac. The door number can be
changed up to 4 digits. Just include a note at time of purchase with your
select number. There is a coin slot it the top and protective felt pads on the
bottom. We also feature a "Lost Combination" service. Simply send us a e-mail
titled "Lost Combo" and provide the number on the bottom or back of your bank,
and we will provide the combination.
