This typewriter is quite unique, although I have a more than decent collection
this is the first time this has happened to me.
The model is from the early 1900s which means that it is over 100 years old
and despite this the condition is fantastic, the gold decorations are still
there and not faded and with some small retouching it will work at 100%.
Being a unique object, I did not want to lubricate this machine as it will
either end up in the hands of a collector and I don't want to steal the
pleasure of doing it or it will end up enriching the decoration of a space.
On the upper part of the machine you can see the plate on which the name and
address of the old owner, located in Berlin, is engraved; It is not clear to
you whether that address belonged to a typewriter dealer or to an upper-class
professional of the time.
- All typewriters are in perfect working order, having been idle for a while,
they may just need a little cleaning with alcohol and new ribbons.
