Here we have a vintage leather bound & stitched 100' steel tape measure.
Manufactured by the Lufkin Rule Co of Canada Ltd. Windsor ON.
The body is wrapped in brown leather with wonderful patina.
This was a well used tool and shows various types of wear to the leather.

The steel tape is in inch gradations. Still very legible. The tape itself is
3/8" wide.

The steel tape pulls out with ease and winds nicely with the hand crank. All
in good working order. On the first several inches the steel tape has the words
The Lufkin Rule Co of Canada Ltd. Patented 1909.

Measurements:
Case ~ 4.5" in diameter.
tape ~ 3/8 wide

Vintage Condition. Normal wear from use. Aged patina. Leather has curled edges
on bottom of ruler...... see pictures.
