1956 Optima Elite 3 Typewriter, made in Germany, with original case and brand
new black and red ribbon.

Cleaned, tested, and working: everything functions as it should. It types very
nicely with clear, crisp printing (see typing sample). If you are looking for a
functional, sturdy typewriter that works, this is it. The rubber platen is in
good shape.

The beige finish is worn with fading and discoloration with a few scratches
and scuffs.

The case handle has a metal band and it works, but the leather covering on the
handle is worn, torn, and loose.
